6 Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial payment, subject to service usage and circumstances. Educational program refunds require cancellation before course commencement.

9 Termination and Account Suspension

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. silvarionte reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.

Upon termination, your access to premium content and services ceases immediately. We'll retain your data according to legal requirements and our Privacy Policy, typically for seven years for financial records.

Outstanding payments remain due after termination, and confidentiality obligations survive the end of our relationship.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Western Australian law, and any disputes will be resolved in Perth courts. Before legal action, we encourage using mediation through recognized Australian dispute resolution services.
